Free DVD for Beginners

All new members will receive a Ceroc Beginner's DVD on their second night. The DVD gives hints and tips for new members and shows all the Beginner's moves. The DVD is ideal for new members to take home and practice each weeks moves.

All Ceroc-Middlesbrough events are
Non-Smoking events.

It has always been the practice is for the few smokers we have to leave the building when they wish to smoke and we are grateful to them for their respecting the non-smokers health
This became the accepted practice through the smokers own volition.
Redcar and Cleveland Council are now enforcing this policy and we ask everyone to comply
