From the A19/A66 interchange, follow the A66 dual carriageway East through Middlesbrough centre. After about 4 miles, at the 4th roundabout  turn right (South) into Church Lane (This is the roundabout with the David Fox Transport yard on the corner, signposted Eston/Grangetown). Follow the road South under the road bridge. After about ¾ mile, turn right (West) at the traffic lights, the James Finegan Hall is a couple of hundred metres along on the right, it's the building with the all glass front, green roof and the red "Wurlitzer" sign (currently the whole building is covered in scaffolding!). Parking is at the rear of the building.

from Yarm High Street, follow the A67 South until you come to Kirklevington, turn right into the village, the hall is on the left at the first cross roads in the village.
